We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as "delivered" but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local postal service

  • If still not found, contact us within 7 days at brianlyk2005@gmail.com 

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not liable for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.


8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder:

  • Shipping estimates will be clearly noted on the product page

  • Your order will ship as soon as the item becomes available

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately
